Monthly Dog Training Packages

To join our group classes and Zoom classes, you now have to be signed up to one of our monthly packages. We have three levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Please watch the video below on how to sign up for your package. You can select any date to start your package. Payment will be taken the day you sign up but the monthly payments will be taken on the date you select to start your package. For example, you sign up on the 5th and select the start date of the 10th. The payment for the first month will be taken on the 5th but the payment for the following month and all payments after that will be taken on the 10th.
Once you have signed up, you will have access to the Bronze, Silver or Gold Training Packages pages on the website. This is where you will be able to find the link to book the classes, your discount codes to book additional training classes at a reduced price, your discount code for the shop and your free Zoom call (gold package only). You must be signed in to access these pages. You will see the option to use your credits at the checkout when you book group classes. Once you have used all your credits, you will need to enter the discount code found on the Bronze and Silver Training Packages pages at the checkout in order to book your extra classes at the redcued price.
You can cancel your plan at any time. If you would like to change which package you are on, you’ll need to cancel your existing package and sign up to a new package. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select 'My Subscriptions'. Find your monthly package, click on the drop down arrow and click on 'Cancel Subscription'.
