2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

3. Securely package the item and send it back to us.

4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are not refundable] unless the return is due to an error on our part. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges
